Ownership of Materials

NOxBOX owns, reserves and retains all proprietary and intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trademarks, associated with its products and services and with this site, its data, images, and materials; they are protected from copying, unauthorized use, or distribution under national and international laws and treaties throughout the world.

License; Restrictions on Use

NOxBOX may terminate this license at any time if User violates any term of this Agreement, upon which User will immediately destroy any Materials in its possession or control. User agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless NOxBOX from any damages, losses, costs or expenses which NOxBOX, its employees and authorized representatives may incur as a result of User's use or dissemination of any Material in violation of this Agreement.

NOxBOX makes no representation that the Materials are appropriate or available for use in other locations, and access to them from territories where their contents are illegal is prohibited.
